Austin Aries believes he has some unfinished business in TNA.

Aries made a name for himself by competing in promotions such as Ring of Honor, TNA Wrestling and WWE, and many more. However, his last run with TNA ended controversially, as he infamously “walked out” after he lost the Bound For Glory 2018 main event match. Aries has since explained that it was supposed to be a worked incident, and his only regret about it was that he never returned to the company to pay the angle off.

Recently, Trey Miguel shared on Twitter that he wants to wrestle the former TNA Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion in a one-on-one match. Miguel mentioned that he met Austin Aries as a fan at the young age of seventeen. He also has the autograph with him. Now, he is convinced he is ready to turn from being a fanboy to becoming an opponent for the self-proclaimed ‘Greatest Man That Ever Lived.’

“Itching for a chance to wrestle @AustinAries. We met when I was a 17 year old fan getting an autograph on a TNA program I still have in my car to this day. I thinks it’s time,” Trey Miguel tweeted.

Upon seeing the tweet, the self-proclaimed ‘Greatest Man That Ever Lived’ replied by stating that he would love to have a match with the former TNA Wrestling X Division and World Tag Team Champion. Aries also mentioned that he still has some unfinished business in TNA Wrestling, noting how he’s a different person than the one fans saw at BFG 2018.

“I’d love to. While I’m a much different person and in a different place than I was 5yrs ago, I still have some gas left in my tank. And coincidentally, I feel like I have some unfinished business in
@ThisIsTNA. Let’s see what the universe has in store,” Austin Aries tweeted.
