Colt Cabana has once again been absent from AEW and ROH TV after he returned to AEW TV on the November 2, 2022 edition of Dynamite, unsuccessfully challenging Chris Jericho for the ROH World Title.

Cabana notably missed the December 10 ROH Final Battle pay-per-view due to injury. Cabana previously revealed he almost died in his match with Jericho.

In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that Cabana has recently been working as a backstage producer for All Elite Wrestling.

Cabana also made a recent Being The Elite appearance where he was in the background as Alex Reynolds & John Silver & Evil Uno were working on recruiting somebody into the Dark Order.

It’s unclear when Cabana will wrestle his next match, but Tony Khan does intend on taping episodes of ROH TV in the near future and airing them on HonorClub.
