All Elite Wrestling’s Joey Janela is having a pretty crazy 2022 so far, and it’s only going to get crazier over the next several weeks.

Next weekend The Bad Boy will actually step into the ring against former WWE Superstar Barry Horowitz at WrestlePro. The match is so random that Janela believes he should now be referred to as the “Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon” of professional wrestling, as it’s Horowitz’s first time in the ring since 2013.

Joey Janela also has his big Spring Break 6 event coming on March 31, where he’ll go one-on-one with X-Pac. Janela turned on X-Pac after they won their tag match against Matt Cardona and Brian Meyers at a recent Game Changer Wrestling show.

Another addition to Spring Break 6 as announced by Janela today, is none other than former WWE Superstar and Tough Enough season one winner Maven. Janela made the official announcement this afternoon with a very clever tweet:

“I can see my fantasy I’m so consumed in bed. What I see takes over me I’m blind beyond repair… https://eventbrite.com/e/gcw-presents-joey-janelas-spring-break-6-pt-2-tickets-274522312627,” Joey Janela tweeted.

If those words don’t ring a bell for you, those are actually the lyrics to Maven’s WWE entrance theme.
