Professional wrestling and Hollywood go hand in hand. Usually, people see wrestlers and actors cross paths. Recently, former AEW Women’s World Champion Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D bumped into an Oscar Award Winning Actor. It was none other than Ke Huy Quan.

At the latest Oscar Awards Ceremony, Ke Huy Quan won the award of The Best Supporting Actor for the film Everything Everywhere All At Once. The 52-year-old star has been a very busy actor over the past couple of years. He also is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. A played a key role as Ouroboros / “O.B.” in the Loki series.

Fans might also remember his work as a child actor. Ke Huy Quan, also credited as Jonathan Ke Quan, rose to fame playing Short Round in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom and Data in The Goonies.

Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D took to Twitter to share a picture of her meeting the Oscar Award Winning actor.

“Let the selfie pro take the selfie,” Britt Baker tweeted.

Britt Baker on CM Punk and his time in AEW

If there was ever a huge signing that backfired big time, it was the signing of CM Punk to AEW. He was heavily involved in multiple backstage altercations that led to him being fired from the Jacksonville-based promotion. The former AEW Women’s World Champion was asked about the self-proclaimed Best In The World’s run in All Elite Wrestling during her interview on the Maggie and Perloff Show.

“CM Punk coming back to wrestling was one of the most historical things in All Elite Wrestling history and always will be,” Britt Baker said. “You can’t take that out of the wrestling books. I’m really thankful we got to work with CM Punk. I learned some stuff from him, he was always really helpful and willing to work with younger talent.

“It didn’t work out, it wasn’t a fit, but it’s always going to be part of the AEW story. It’s just that chapter is closed now. Everyone wishes him well, we hope and think he wishes AEW well too. It just didn’t work out. At the end of the day, how cool was it that CM Punk was in wrestling again for AEW and got to wrestle in Chicago again?” [H/T Fightful.com]
