Former NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes shares his thoughts on potentially getting called up to the main roster.

Speaking with MuscleManMalcolm ahead of NXT Stand & Deliver, Carmelo Hayes was asked whether he would rather go to RAW or SmackDown. He was also asked to name some opponents that he wanted to face.

“I mean it’s open for whatever. I had an experience on SmackDown, I got an experience on RAW. I appreciate both brands for what they are. One’s a little bit of a longer show, so you have more opportunity. As far as facing who I want to face, I mean, it’s everybody. I can’t just pick one or two.”

Hayes lost to Trick Williams in the main event of NXT Stand & Deliver. Corey Brennan of Fightful (via Fightful Select) recently reported that Hayes was set to get called up to the main roster this summer.
