Chelsea Green looked back on one of her biggest bumps ever.

WWE released Green from the company as part of a mass talent release on April 15, 2021. Chelsea moved on to work in ROH and TNA. This is where she wrestled as a singles competitor and alongside her husband Matt Cardona.

One of these matches was a huge ladder match at Slammiversary 2022. She competed in one of TNA’s unique match types at the event. It was a “Queen of the Mountain Match” for the Knockouts Championship. She competed against Jordynne Grace, Tasha Steelz, Deonna Purrazzo and Mia Yim in a star-studded encounter. This saw her facing a massive bump near the end of the match off the ladder.

Chelsea Green has been looking back at some of her proudest moments after her release in 2021. In one moment, Green posted a video on Twitter from that Queen of the Mountain match. She and Deonna Purrazzo were pushed off a ladder in the ring, falling to the outside and crashing through two tables.

Chelsea Green commented on the clip, calling it her “fall from grace”. She said that she booked herself in a TLC match the next night, which wasn’t ideal.

“Moments I’ll never forget while released: Oh and of course, this fun little fall from grace! Fun fact: I accidentally booked myself in a TLC match on the indies the next day… safe to say, I didn’t want to see another ladder for a while,” Green wrote.

Some of the other moments Green shared included her Ring Of Honor debut, teaming with her husband, Matt Cardona, in IMPACT Wrestling and GCW, and winning the main event of NWA Empowerrr with a broken arm.

Chelsea Green Was Worried Matt Cardona Would Get Her Fired From WWE

Chelsea Green was worried Matt Cardona appearing with the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title belt would get her fired from the WWE.

She spoke on a recent episode of the Lightweights Podcast, revealing she worried about her job after the incident.

“Everyone thought because he was in Japan on my days off, everyone thought it was the real belt,” Chelsea Green said. “I was just waiting for someone to call me at work and ask. Thank God they did not believe it. But I was worried, I’m not going to lie, because he does stuff like that, he does crazy things.” [H/T WrestlingInc.]
