The past couple of weeks have not been the best for the ‘American Nightmare’ Cody Rhodes.

The winner of the 2023 and 2024 Men’s Royal Rumble match aims to finally finish his story by dethroning Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40. Last week’s episode of Raw ended after The Final Boss, The Rock, gave a brutal beatdown to the American Nightmare.

This week on Raw, the beatdown continued. The Tribal Chief also joined the beatdown. The Nightmare Family was not pleased with both the beatdowns.

Last week, Dustin Rhodes took to Twitter to call the Great One a ‘Son of a b****’. Cody Rhodes’ wife, Brandi Rhodes, also sent a message on Twitter suggesting that The Rock tightens up his security at the Grandest Stage of them all.

The main event of this week’s episode of Raw was a one-on-one match between Seth Rollins and Solo Sikoa. The match took place under Bloodline Rules. When it seemed like the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion was closing in on the victory, Jimmy Uso came out to save his brother. Then out came Main Event Jey Uso to even the odds. As the Usos were wrestling each other on the ramp, Jimmy ran to the back and Jey Uso followed him. But Jey was taken out by the Final Boss. The Rock then went to the ring and started to attack Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins. Then Cody Rhodes came out for the save, but things did not work out well for Rhodes. Reigns also came out and both he and the Final Boss gave a brutal beatdown to both Rhodes and Rollins.

Following Raw, Dustin Rhodes took to Twitter claiming that Karma is a b****. Brandi Rhodes also commented on the new weight belt that The Rock used to beat down Rhodes.

“Oh…so now a b**** got a black belt… ok,” Brandi Rhodes tweeted.

Can Cody finish his story?
