Pharaoh Rhodes is always there for Cody Rhodes.

The Anoaʻi family may have an expansive bloodline backing them, but the Rhodes have a Pharaoh — a white Siberian Husky named Pharaoh, that is. This adorable canine has resided in the Rhodes household for over a decade now, and according to “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes, is the best dog his family has ever owned. Speaking with TV Insider, Cody opened up about the sense of comfort Pharaoh has provided him, especially in some of life’s darker moments.

“Something people didn’t realize about Pharaoh, the thing about him that is unknown, is when my dad [Dusty Rhodes] passed away, that dog never left my side. Ever,” Cody said. “If you’ve ever seen Game of Thrones, it was like Jon Snow lying there dead and Ghost never leaves. He has never left me. So I just love seeing that. He can’t talk to me or get any royalties, but I love seeing that. I love that people love Pharaoh. He is a great dog. Our best dog we’ve ever owned.”

Beyond the Rhodes household, Pharaoh has charmed his way into the hearts of the WWE Universe as well, so much so that WWE has begun selling Pharaoh-inspired merchandise on its online shop. Pharaoh will also be in the WWE 2K24 video game as a Gold Rarity Manager card.

“I’m so glad we sell his likeness at the merch stands. They gave him the pink nose, which is correct. You might see him on some future merch coming up,” Cody said.

While the Pharaoh plush toy is currently sold out, WWE fans still have the opportunity to snag a “Claim Your Kingdom” t-shirt featuring Cody Rhodes’ logo and an artistic render of Pharaoh.
