Dakota Kai will return to the ring on the March 1 episode of WWE SmackDown.

As announced on the February 23 episode, Kai and Bayley will face WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane). The bout will pit Bayley and Kai against their former Damage CTRL stablemates.

On Friday night, Kai claimed that Damage CTRL jumped her backstage, and she told Bayley she had her back, even if that meant she had to earn her trust.

Kai has been out of action since May 2023, as she suffered a torn ACL, and she has been recovering ever since. Kai last wrestled on the May 12 episode of WWE SmackDown.

Plus, Santos Escobar and Carlito will continue their heated feud when they clash in a Street fight. Escobar’s Legado del Fantasma attacked Carlito’s LWO stablemates on Friday night.

The announced card is as follows:

  • Bayley and Dakota Kai vs. The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane)
  • Street Fight: Santos Escobar vs. Carlito

WrestleZone will have coverage of the show as it airs on March 1.
