Diamond Dallas Page is bringing the power of DDPY to Tony Horton’s new web series.

Fitness legend Tony Horton assembled a crew of special celebrity guests to take part in his new YouTube series, Power Up With Tony Horton. Special guests of the series include pro stunt woman Jessie Graff, travel Drew Binsky, and professional wrestlers John Hennigan and Diamond Dallas Page. The first episode of the show featuring DDP is now live to watch on Horton’s YouTube channel. 

There, Horton explored the revolutionary fitness program known as DDPYoga (DDPY). Billed as “a revolutionary approach to fitness and wellness,” the program intertwines “traditional yoga positions with old-school calisthenics, rehabilitation therapy techniques, and dynamic resistance”. Furthermore, the workout aims to be doable for anyone at any fitness level or age. Launched in 2011, DDPYoga has been touted as one of the best fitness programs been numerous professional wrestlers and athletes.
