WWE honored two fallen greats on the August 25 episode of WWE SmackDown.

Terry Funk passed away at the age of 79 on August 23. The next day, former WWE Champion Bray Wyatt passed away as well.

WWE paid tribute to both men on the August 25 episode of WWE SmackDown. The show opened with the roster standing on the stage. Former WWE star Erick Rowan, who memorably teamed up with Bray Wyatt during their days in the Wyatt Family, appeared on-screen. Braun Strowman, another former member of the Wyatt Family, appeared on-screen as well.

Michael Cole addressed Funk and Wyatt passing away, and there was a ten-ben salute.

WWE then played an emotional video package that honored Wyatt.

Likewise, another video package highlighted Terry Funk.
