Matt Riddle and Nic Nemeth are coming to Japan for NJPW‘s New Beginning tour.

NJPW announced that former WWE star Matt Riddle will challenge NJPW World TV Champion Hiroshi Tanahashi for the gold at the February 23 event. Riddle appeared in a video message at NJPW New Year Dash and challenged Tanahashi to a match.

Plus, David Finlay will defend the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship against Nic Nemeth, formerly known as Dolph Ziggler. Finlay and Nemeth had a confrontation at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18, and Nemeth attacked the champion at the post-show press conference.

Plus,  Los Ingobernables De Japon will face Just Five Guys in a ten-man tag team match.

The February 24 event will feature a Wrestle Kingdom rematch, as Tetsuya Naito will defend the gold against SANADA. Additionally,  Los Ingobernables De Japon and Just Five Guys will clash in singles matches.

NJPW also announced that Bryan Danielson will face Zack Sabre Jr. at NJPW The New Beginning in Osaka. More information is available here.
