Mercedes Moné felt “so cool” at AEW Dynamite: Big Business.

Mercedes Moné electrified the wrestling world at AEW Dynamite: Big Business on March 13, as she officially signed with the company and made it clear that it was where she needed to be. The Boston fans welcomed her with a thunderous response, and “The CEO” says it made her feel like “Stone Cold” Steve Austin.

Speaking with Joe Otterson of Variety, Mercedes Moné discussed her AEW debut. She noted that she felt so cool, and she brought up “Stone Cold” as an example.

“It was unbelievable,” Moné said. “I still haven’t gotten to take everything in yet, but my heart was just pounding out of my chest. Once I heard the beat drop in the music and the ‘CEO’ chants were on the screens, and then they revealed the ‘Mercedes Moné’ name, that eruption was so electric. I felt so cool, I felt like Stone Cold Steve Austin, when fans just lift up all their signs and stand up with their arms raised. I felt so cool. It was the best feeling in the world.”

Moné recently stated that she was told her ankle injury was career-ending. Check out her comments here.
