A new trial date has been set in the court case against Ted DiBiase Jr.

In April 2020, former WWE star Ted DiBiase Jr. has been charged with “one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and to commit theft concerning programs receiving federal funds, six counts of wire fraud, two counts of theft concerning programs receiving federal funds, and four counts of money laundering.”

The charges came following an indictment in which DiBiase was accused of misappropriating federal money for his own personal use, along with several co-conspirators.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that, following a hearing on October 16, Ted DiBiase Jr. is now scheduled to stand trial on July 16, with the pre-trial conference set for June 21. Per Johnson, the Judge ruled that Jury Instructions, Witness List, and the exhibit list are due by July 12.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
