The field is down to four.

The New Japan Cup has featured plenty of thrilling so far, and the competition continued with the tenth night of action on March 17. Yota Tsuji defeated Ren Narita in a quarterfinal match, while EVI beat Shingo Takagi to clinch his spot in the semifinals. Tsuji will face EVIL in a semifinal match on March 18. The other semifinal bout will see Hirooki Goto take on SANADA.

Goto advanced to the semifinals via forfeit, as his opponent, David Finlay, was unable to compete. SANADA won his quarterfinal match against Jack Perry on March 16.

SANADA won the 2023 New Japan Cup. EVIL (2020) and Goto (2009, 2010, and 2012) are past winners as well.

The winner of the tournament will earn a shot at the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship at Sakura Genesis.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
