NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer made her WWE Raw debut on Monday’s post-WrestleMania episode.

Vaquer interrupted IYO SKY’s celebration of retaining her Women’s World Championship on Monday’s Raw after WrestleMania, then challenged the champ to a match. Raw GM Adam Pearce made the bout official.

The Vaquer vs. SKY bout ended in a disqualification or no contest after Roxanne Perez interfered, attacking SKY. Former NXT Women’s Champion Giulia also ran in to attack Vaquer, then Rhea Ripley ran in to chase off Perez and Giulia, before handing SKY her title belt as the two had a brief staredown.

NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer —

Vaquer signed with WWE last summer following an impressive showing against Mercedes Mone at the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door pay-per-view last June 30. Just 13 days later, Vaquer made her WWE debut on a house show in Mexico. She made her televised main roster debut earlier this year at the Royal Rumble in the women’s Rumble match.

After winning the NXT Women’s North American Championship this past February, Vaquer would go on to defeat Giulia for the NXT Women’s title in March, briefly holding both titles. She would relinquish the North American title in exchange for choosing her opponents for this past Saturday’s NXT Stand & Deliver, where she retained the Women’s title in a four-way over Giulia, Jaida Parker, and Jordynne Grace.
