We are closing in on WrestleMania 40 and Pat McAfee claims he will not wrestle over doubts of passing a drug test. So, is he joking?

Pat McAfee Doubts He Passes Drug Test For WrestleMania 40

Whatever Pat McAfee does, it garners attention. He seems to be well-liked throughout his time in the NFL, WWE and podcast world.

Recently, WWE changed around the announce teams, which is common. It keeps things fresh, while seeing who succeeds and fails.

McAfee is now part part of the RAW team. He, alongside Michael Cole, can be seen every Monday.

The chemistry between McAfee and Cole works so well. They are the perfect match.

With WrestleMania 40 a little over 30 days away, the card his filling. Some are wondering if McAfee will compete at the show.

His response on All The Smoke was shocking.

“I don’t think I could pass any drug test for WrestleMania because they drug test people,” said McAfee. “I am on everything I think they’re testing for.”

He continued how he was on that “rich guy stuff,” which is how he stays thin. He could be hinting at cocaine.

Although, he is also probably working everyone. People do not go around bragging how they cannot pass a drug test.

Usually, it is the other way around as people are proud of having no drugs in their system.

WrestleMania 38 saw him defeat Austin Theory. Then, Vince McMahon put himself in a match, where McAfee lost.

He did have a blast after the loss. Steve Austin drank some beer with McAfee and of course hit him with the stunner.

At WrestleMania 39, McAfee won an impromptu match against The Miz. He was part of the Royal Rumble match in January, but he opted to eliminate himself.

So, will a drug test cause Pat McAfee to miss WrestleMania 40?
