FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – September 7, 2022 – PowerTown Wrestling, the action figure company that has taken the wrestling figure community by storm, officially announced the launch of its website, www.powertownwrestling.com, with pre-order sales scheduled for its Series 1 action figures to open September 16, 2022. PowerTown has partnered with Highspots, a notable wrestling marketplace for the fulfillment of Series 1 and beyond.

The highly anticipated Series 1 collectible action figures of Verne Gagne, Lou Thesz, Stan Hansen, Bruiser Brody, Magnum TA, and Kerry Von Erich will be priced at $45 USD each. Discounted bundles and shipping will be available via the website.

Steve Rosenthal, co-founder and managing partner of PowerTown Wrestling says, “Over the past many months we have meticulously developed action figures of some of the most legendary and sought-after wrestlers. We’ve listened to our fans, made adjustments to our line, and feel that our final product will exceed the expectations of the collector community. PowerTown Wrestling is thrilled to be able to put these iconic wrestlers into the homes of those who admire them most.”

PowerTown Wrestling entered the ring this year with the ultimate goal of celebrating the careers of wrestlers from the past seven decades. Co-founders Greg Gagne and Steve Rosenthal, created authentic collectibles that honor not only the dedicated athlete-entertainers who built the sport but their families as well.

Recently, PowerTown shared its packaging, featuring a book-like design that celebrates the rich history of each respective wrestler. The figures are 7-inch scale and feature signature accessories including title belts, interchangeable hands, clothing, and more! “We have seen a tremendous response from our fans on the detailed look, build, and add-on features for our figures,” notes Rosenthal, “and we will continue bringing this excitement as we develop Series 2, 3, and other over-the-top creative collectibles.”

The PowerTown Team also enlisted the help of Terry Allen “Magnum TA” as part of the executive management team, and he has provided invaluable feedback and support of the line. “When Steve and Greg approached me with the concept of PowerTown Wrestling, I knew this was something I wanted to be a part of to celebrate decades of wrestling icons,” adds Magnum TA.

Series 1 is set to be available for pre-order sales on September 16th, with delivery in early 2023. To purchase these legendary wrestling action figures, visit www.powertownwrestling.com.
