Giulia appeared in the crowd at WWE NXT Stand & Deliver, and she is reportedly set to join the company.

Former NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion Giulia is wrapping up with STARDOM. Many fans have connected her to WWE for months, as WWE’s interest in signing her has been well-known. Giulia was shown in the crowd at NXT Stand & Deliver. She also posted a picture she took with Triple H backstage.

Corey Brennan of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that Giulia has agreed to join WWE officially. She will finish out her remaining dates before she starts with the company. Brennan notes that WWE offered her more money than AEW, and WWE had more interest in her.

Per sources, William Regal was said to have played a key role in WWE’s negotiations with Giulia. STARDOM founder Rossy Ogawa was an important factor as well. Brennan writes that it is believed that Giulia could start with NXT at any time.

Sources also tell Brennan that William Regal is said to have played a key role in negotiations between WWE and Giulia, with Rossy Ogawa also proving to be an important factor in Giulia signing.
