Luke Gallows has been absent from WWE TV, and a new report provides an update.

Luke Gallows was notably absent from the September 22 episode of WWE SmackDown, where the Bloodline took out AJ Styles with a vicious attack. Styles O.C. stablemates Karl Anderson and Michin appeared on-screen as they checked on Styles, but Gallows did not.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that Luke Gallows had to get his knee scope, and he was set to miss about six weeks due to the procedure. However, there is no word on when he got his knee scoped, so the timeline is unclear. It is not known when Gallows will return to WWE TV.

Gallows last wrestled at the WWE live event on August 20. There, he teamed up with Styles and Anderson to defeat Cedric Alexander, Shelton Benjamin, and Austin Theory.

WrestleZone wishes Gallows well in his recovery, and we will provide more information as it becomes available.
