Shawn Michaels understands the importance of getting the NXT brand on the road for their biggest events of the year.

WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels was a recent guest on the Chase & Big Joe Show. When asked about taking the NXT brand on the road for Vengeance Day this weekend, Michaels spoke about how important it is to do that for the roster.

“Here in NXT, we spend a lot of time, the majority of our time we’re here in Florida,” Shawn Michaels said. “But when these premium live events come around like they do for us every now and then. Obviously, Sunday, February 4 is gonna be one of those days, but we have a chance to get out and show some new folks what it is we can do. Yeah, they get really excited.

“Everybody’s pumped. They’re excited for this weekend. Again, especially so many people coming off from the Rumble and look also the idea that again, their peers are coming off the Rumble and now so many of our NXT stars were there in the crowd as well. They’ve seen it, they feel it. I can guarantee you they’re gonna come to Clarksville and they’re gonna blow the roof off that place.”
