There are many professional wrestlers who were unable to find success in WWE. But then they work hard and re-invent themselves to become one of the most successful talents outside the realm of WWE. One such talent is Steve Maclin.

Maclin has been part of a handful of wrestling promotions such as IMPACT Wrestling, Beyond Wrestling, and WWE. During his run in the Stamford-based promotion, he was part of the Forgotten Sons faction along with Wesley Blake and Jaxson Ryker. After spending almost two years in NXT, the trio was called up to the main roster. But following some of Ryker’s controversial statements, the entire faction was disbanded and later all were released from the company.

After parting ways with WWE, Steve Maclin signed with IMPACT Wrestling. He even managed to win the IMPACT Wrestling World Championship once. Recently, a fan shared a clip stating that Maclin wrestled like his life was on the line in the match. To which, the former WWE Superstar replied, saying that’s how he always wrestles.

“I treat every match that way. #MACLIN,” Steve Maclin tweeted.

Steve Maclin recently claimed that WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray had gone soft

Steve Maclin was recently interviewed by Bill Pritchard of Wrestlezone. During the interview, the former WWE Superstar had some comments to share about Bully Ray going soft.

“Listen, it’s one of those things where it’s just, I guess with D-Von coming back, it just kind of stirred up old emotions. It just changed him a little bit. I don’t know if it’s him on this nostalgia kick, but when he asked for my help, I went and helped him with PCO. Obviously, we poured battery acid down his throat. We burned him alive. We’ve done everything that we possibly could, and we got the job done.

“But now here we are, me asking him for help with Rhino and all he wants to do is talk to him. A guy like Bully Ray doesn’t talk. I know he’ll go out there and he’ll talk about it. But when he wants to get something done, he gets it done. That kind of just didn’t sit with me right. So that’s why I wanted to put it into his head. I’m like, ‘Oh, you’ve gone soft.’”
