Swerve Strickland wants a chance to get his win back over Bryan Danielson.

The leader of the Mogul Embassy, Swerve Strickland, made history at the AEW Dynasty pay-per-view by becoming the first African-American wrestler to hold the AEW World Heavyweight Championship. Recently, Strickland shared his thoughts on multiple stars. One such star that he opened up about was Bryan Danielson.

Swerve Strickland was recently interviewed on News4JAX, The Local Station. During the interview, the new AEW World Champion mentioned that the American Dragon is the best professional wrestler of the current era. Adding to that, Strickland also shared that he is looking forward to having another one-on-one match against Danielson. The last time the two wrestled each other, Bryan Danielson picked up the win.

“Best of our era. Best of our era. Plain and simple. Hopefully, he’s doing okay medically. Because I saw the end of the match. Hopefully, he’s doing okay, first of all. And when the time is right for him to come back, hopefully, I have a… I have a score to settle him because we faced off on Dynamite, and I lost in that match. He owes me,” Swerve Strickland said.
