Teddy Hart is set to appear in court.

PWInsider Elite is reporting that Teddy Hart (real name Edward Ellsworth Annis) is due in court on Thursday, September 21, in Titusville, Florida, following his most recent arrest on July 14. Hart is facing third-degree felony charges of possession of ecstasy and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Titusville Police Department records previously indicated that Hart was pulled over around midnight after he ran a red light and was seen speeding in a 2022 Ford Mustang. Police then smelled burnt marijuana and spotted loose leaf marijuana shake that led them to conduct a search that resulted in the finding of the other substances.

Hart has faced a number of legal issues over the years. In 2020, he was arrested for drug possession that February and then arrested and charged with strangulation resulting in bodily harm in March. The latter charges were later dropped before being named a fugitive from justice that October.

In 2021, Hart was arrested again for charges of injuring a child/elderly/disabled, evading arrest, and possession of a controlled substance. Those all stemmed from a 2016 incident.
