The Final Testament has arrived in NXT.

On the April 9 episode of WWE NXT, Axiom and Nathan Frazer defeated Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin to win the NXT Tag Team Championship. However, they did not have long to celebrate. Karrion Kross and Scarlett walked down the ramp and distracted Axiom and Frazer. They were then blindsided by the Authors of Pain. Akam and Rezar laid out the champions and seemingly expressed their intent to challenge for the titles.

The appearance marked the NXT returns of Kross, Scarlett, and the AOP, who are members of the SmackDown brand. Kross is a two-time NXT Champion. The Authors of Pain are former NXT Tag Team Champions.

Kross commented on his appearance and teased that mayhem was coming.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
