The Rock is a long gamer.

The Rock returned to WWE in February, and he was featured throughout the road to WrestleMania 40. He aligned with Roman Reigns and feuded with Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. Rock and Reigns beat Rhodes and Rollins at WrestleMania 40 Night One. The next night, Rhodes defeated Reigns to win the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. On the following episode of WWE RAW, The Rock told Rhodes he would be coming back for him.

In a post on Instagram, The Rock said that he was a builder and a long gamer. He stated that WrestleMania 40 was only chapter one of Final Boss Cinema, and it would be continued.

In another post, The Rock congratulated Cody Rhodes on winning the title. However, he said that Cody “bought the Rock ticket”, so he would enjoy the Rock ride for life. “The Final Boss” threatened to make Rhodes bleed again. He also told Cody he would see him down the road.

As of this writing, there is no word on when The Rock will return to WWE programming.
