Tony Khan elaborates on his comments about airing the All In footage on AEW Dynamite.

The Young Bucks will air footage from AEW All In on the April 10 episode of AEW Dynamite. Khan has confirmed that the footage will be real, though it’s still unclear what it will be. Many fans have assumed that the footage will be of the altercation between CM Punk and Jack Perry that led to Punk getting fired. Perry was also suspended due to the incident.

Speaking with Raj Prashad of Uproxx Sports, Tony Khan discussed the footage airing on AEW Dynamite.

“It’ll be a must-see segment when the Young Bucks play this footage and talk about what happened at Wembley Stadium and how it relates to what’s coming up next for the Young Bucks in AEW,” Tony Khan said. “I think that it will create a lot of interest in what this is all about. And I think the Young Bucks will have an explanation for why they think this is important and why it’s relevant to what’s going on at AEW Dynasty on pay-per-view.”

Tony Khan On Timing Of All In Footage Airing

AEW’s announcement about the footage came less than a week after CM Punk publicly discussed the incident for the first time in an explosive interview. Khan was asked about Punk’s comments and whether that impacted the release of the footage.

“That was interesting timing given where everything stands,” Khan said. “For us, this is a decision based on the timing of our upcoming pay-per-view, AEW Dynasty, and given where the Young Bucks stand going into the World Tag Team Championship Tournament finals at AEW Dynasty,” he says. “This was the right time and place for them to play this footage and talk about why it’s relevant to them and AEW going forward and what this means going into AEW Dynasty.”

WrestleZone will have coverage of AEW Dynamite as it airs on Wednesday.
