NWA World Champion Trevor Murdoch now knows who his opponent will be at next month's NWA 74: an old rival.

On Tuesday's NWA Power, former champion Nick Aldis won a fatal four-way that included Thom Latimer, Mike Knox and Brian Myers. The four men qualified via last week's Race for the Chase qualifying matches with Knox earning a bye.

Aldis will now challenge Murdoch for the title at night one of NWA 74 on August 27th and 28th -- the company's two-night pay-per-view from the Chase Ballroom in St. Louis, Missouri.

These two feuded over the gold last summer with Murdoch finally wresting the title away from Aldis at last August's NWA 73. The two men were also involved in a four-way for the vacant title at June's Alwayz Ready that saw Murdoch regain the belt after he had lost it to Matt Cardona. Cardona had to relinquish it after tearing his biceps.

Aldis will be looking to regain the World title for the third time.
