Tully Blanchard is apparently gone from AEW/ROH.

Last night during the pre-show for Death Before Dishonor, it was announced that Prince Nana bought out the contracts of the wrestlers in Tully Blanchard Enterprises. Nana then renamed the faction The Embassy, the name of the long-time ROH faction that he led since 2003.

Fightful Select reports that Blanchard was not backstage at the pay-per-view last night and there were mixed messages sent on whether he missed his flight or if there was confusion about his travel itinerary. Blanchard runs a prison ministry group and that was the reason cited for why he was not at the show.

Fightful adds that talent and staff were told that Blanchard is basically gone from the company. Blanchard's exit is surprising because he was just moved to ROH a few months ago after being pulled from his role as the manager of FTR on AEW programming.

The door appears to be open for a return because Tony Khan said during the media scrum that he hopes to see him in the future working for AEW or ROH.
