NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio vs. Dragon Lee was booked at this year’s WWE NXT Deadline premium live event. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:

Lee came out of the gate hot as he tossed him to the floor and hit an outside dive before kick him in the face. Mysterio put up a fight before Lee caught him with a stomp off the top rope on the apron. Mysterio landed hard on the apron. Lee caught him with a drop kick in the corner then a double foot stomp in the corner for 2 as Mysterio grabbed the bottom rope. Lee with a series of kicks before Mysterio hit a powerbomb for 2. Mysterio missed the 619 and Lee hit a powerbomb for 2. Lee with his finisher for the win.

Winner: Dragon Lee
