NXT North American Champion Oba Femi vs. Dragon Lee was booked at this year’s WWE NXT Vengeance Day premium live event from the F&M Bank Arena in Clarksville, TN. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:

Although Lee got a quick start, Femi caught him on the outside. Back in the ring, Lee tried to hit quick moves to try to keep him off his feet. Lee hit a double foot stomp to the head of Femi. Lee had him in a hold but Femi fought out. Lee with a series of kicks then hit a spring board DDT. Lee with a sitdown powerbomb for 2. Lee knocked him off the apron with a knee strike, but Femi swatted him out of the ring. Femi tossed him around then hit a powerbomb for the win.

Winner: Oba Femi
