WWE Intercontinental Champion GUNTHER vs. The Miz took place at the WWE Survivor Series premium live event from Chicago, IL at the Allstate Arena.
Miz with a lot of quick movement and managed to catch him on the apron when he slides out to the floor. Miz targeted the left knee of GUNTHER. Once back in the ring, GUNTHER started the beat down and landed a series of chops. Miz mounted a comeback with a series of kicks. Miz with a tilt a whirl DDT for 2. Miz hit GUNTHER with two low blows as the referee was distracted with the turnbuckle and then hit a skull crushing finale for 2. Miz with a roll up for 2. GUNTHER tapped out Miz with the boston crab.
