With Jake Paul’s target of a future in boxing, the YouTuber-turned-boxer is set to face Julio Chavez Jr. on Saturday, June 28th, 2025.

This will be the first fight for Paul since he won against former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson.

Jake Paul has been looking for a high-profile fight to improve his chances of a title fight. Earlier, he had an option of facing Canelo Alvarez, but the Mexican opted for the four-fight deal that came from Turki Alalshikh instead of facing Jake Paul.

Jake Paul will be looking to get one over the former WBC middleweight champion Julio Chavez Jr. to get in line for a major title. He has been on a mission to get the title of world champion. Should he be victorious over Julio Chavez Jr., he would be close to securing the biggest opportunities available to face highly ranked boxers.

With all this yet to happen, a chance has opened up for Jake Paul to face Badou Jack, who currently holds the iconic green belt at cruiserweight. Jack would be open to facing Jake Paul, as he claims it would be an easy fight. He also answered claims from Paul that he would win by KO.

In a press conference earlier, Jack had this to say:

“I never heard about that (Paul’s claims to win by KO), whatever. It is a money fight. It is an easy fight and it is a money fight, so why not?” said Badou Jack.

With the Swedish boxer having fought on the same bill as Jake Paul, during his defeat to Tommy Fury, Jack will not be a stranger to the presence of Jake Paul in the Sport.

Though Jack is much older than Paul (41 years old), he is quite confident of beating Paul.
