The big undisputed junior welterweight title fight between Katie Taylor and Chantelle Cameron is in the books.

This time, it was Taylor challenging for all of Cameron's gold. The two collided inside the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland. Fight fans inside the venue were holding their collective breath as they had just witnessed their home countryman Gary Cully suffer a shocking and brutal TKO loss at the hands of Jose Felix in the co-featured bout of the evening.

Before the bout began, those in attendance sang along to Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline." Video packages then aired further hyping the crowd up before the two titleholders made their entrances.

Cameron had relentless pressure in the opening round. Taylor had her moments counter punching. Taylor landed a combination to the body and a one-two upstairs. Cameron ended the round throwing a flurry of punches and landing some.

Taylor continued to struggle with the pressure from Cameron. Her cornerman urged her to go to the body more. She attempted to heed that advice, but continued to get picked apart from the outside.

In the sixth round, Taylor was able to make it a phone booth fight and had success on the inside. Taylor's success was much to the delight of UFC megastar Conor McGregor, who was in attendance for the title fight.

Taylor fought with heart in eighth round and got the better of the exchanges. Cameron came back strong in the ninth round, landing shots with her opponent's back against the ropes.

The two continued to trade leather in the 10th and final round. This one went the distance. The score totals were read and two of the three ringside judges scored the fight for Cameron (96-94). She was awarded the majority decision win over Taylor.
