Bronny James highlights McDonald's All-American roster

The McDonald's All-American game is a big deal in the basketball world. It's basically the pipeline of who is next as far as the NBA is concerned.

Sure, many of these players will first go to college, but everyone knows that the best of the best find their way into the league sooner rather than later nowadays.

With that in mind, it's going to be an exciting game from a talent standpoint. It's also exciting because the game will feature Bronny James, son of future Hall of Famer and arguably the greatest basketball player ever, LeBron James.

Bronny isn't his dad — nobody is — but he's still a four-star recruit with Ohio State, Oregon, and USC all vying for his commitment as part of the 2023 recruiting class.

Because of his name and talent, James is the headliner of the McDonald's All-American roster reveal, but he's far from the only potential superstar expected to be on the court.

Isaiah Collier is the consensus top senior basketball recruit in the nation. He's a 6-foot-3, 190-pound point guard who is expected to play for USC next season. He'll be playing for the West team.

Kentucky commit, five-star center Aaron Bradshaw will be playing for the East team and he brings a ton to the table already at 7-foot, 210 pounds.

In all, Kentucky has four commitments playing in the McDonald's All-American game. Bradshaw is joined by five-star small forward Justin Edwards, and two combo guards: five-star D.J. Wagner and four-star Reed Sheppard.

Wagner is another notable name in the game because his father Dajuan Wagner, and his grandfather, Milt Wagner, were both McDonald's All-Americans.

They are the first trio of three generations to appear in the game, which is truly special.
