The Texas A&M Aggies football program is embarking on a new era in 2025 under new head coach Mike Elko and a slew of new coaches on the staff.

Elko has instilled a new culture in College Station that's been received favorably by the players, but what matters is what happens on the field. And Elko and the Aggies now know who they'll meet on the field in 2025.

The SEC announced earlier today that it would stay with eight conference games for the 2025 season, and that's reflected in the opponents listed for the 2025 Aggies' schedule.

Elko and the Aggies will play home games against Tarleton State, Utah State, the University of Texas at San Antonio, Auburn, Florida, Mississippi State and South Carolina.

Texas A&M will hit the road against Notre Dame, Arkansas, LSU, Missouri, and their first game back at Darrell K. Royal Stadium since Nov. 25, 2010, against the Texas Longhorns.

The Aggies, of course, get a home game against Texas in 2024 as their rivalry is renewed after the Longhorns made the move to the SEC along with Oklahoma.

Interestingly, for the second season in a row, Texas A&M misses Georgia and Alabama on the schedule, but maybe even more notably, somehow the Aggies - although entering their 14th season in the SEC in 2025, will still have never played at Kentucky or hosted the Georgia Bulldogs.
