Alabama fans were treated to a marquee A-Day performance from a talented wide receiver.

Germie Bernard has arrived for the Crimson Tide and the team is happy to have him. The transfer from Washington made several plays Saturday in front of fans, showing his skill set. The 6-foot-1, 203-pounder from Las Vegas (Nev.) led all Alabama wide receivers with 122 yards on three catches.

He brought in a deep ball reception from Jalen Milroe that set up a touchdown. Bernard celebrated after the play, displaying his explosiveness. He executed precise routes, giving Milroe and Ty Simpson a dependable target on the outside.

Alabama has a very good receiver room, but Bernard’s performance was huge with him coming as a transfer. He brings leadership and big-game experience to the table.
