College Football Bowl Teaser for Saturday

It's bowl season, and we've got two college football games you need to jump on in a teaser right away.

Our Week 14 teaser hit, and we're going to start Saturday's teaser with a team we used back in Week 14 in Fresno State. Quarterback Jake Haener is healthy, and the Bulldogs are a completely different looking team with him under center. The senior hasn't thrown a pick in over a month, and his NFL draft stock is rising, and it will only continue to rise if he performs well on Saturday.

The 9-4 Bulldogs have now won eight straight entering the LA Bowl, presented by Stifel, and with the teaser getting you to (+3), this is just too good to pass up. Fresno State cruised past Boise State in the Mountain West Championship Game, and we like them to take down Washington State on Saturday. But once again, you don't need them to win, you just need FSU to lose by no more than two points for a win, and three for a wash. And even against a Power 5 team in WSU, that's more than realistic.

Plus, Fresno State is pretty close to full strength for this matchup, unlike the Cougars. First Team All-Pac 12 linebacker Daiyan Henley is expected to be taken no later than the third in the NFL Draft, and he's elected to not play on Saturday. And starting wide receiver Renard Bell is out due to an injury. Those are two significant injuries for WSU, which makes taking FSU on the teaser so much more enticing.

As for the final leg of teaser, take the under between North Texas and Boise State in the Frisco Bowl. Boise State's offense has been super inconsistent, and with the total points set at 64.5 via the teaser, this is worth betting. The Mean Green fired their head coach earlier in the week, and even after naming Eric Morris the team's new head coach, don't expect much from a team going through some major changes.

North Texas can certainly score, and they've had their fair share of brutal defensive performances this year, but don't expect that to happen against Boise State. The Broncos managed just 16 points in the Mountain West title game against FSU, and starting running back George Holani's status for Saturday's game is up-in-the air after getting hurt against FSU.

Plus, the Broncos have gone through two offensive coordinators already this season, and recently-hired OC Bush Hamdan might not even coach on Saturday. So, who knows who's calling plays for Boise State on Saturday. Either way, it's not a great position for BSU to be in.

And don't forget BSU's defense is allowing less than 20 points a game. This might be a close cover, but with so many recent changes for both schools, betting the under is the right play.

The Teaser: Fresno State (-3) to (+3) and North Texas/Boise State (under 58.5 points) to (under 64.5 points) (+121 odds via Barstool)
