It’s shaping up to a be a huge weekend in State College this weekend.

The Penn State football team will conclude their spring season with the annual ‘Blue White’ game at Beaver Stadium.

A Nittany Lions home game usually means a lot of recruits in attendance and that’s certainly going to be the case Saturday afternoon.

James Franklin and his coaching staff will host a large number of recruits and one of the highest profile players will be 2025 4-star cornerback Jaylen ‘Hollywood’ Bell from Grayson High School in Loganville, Georgia. The one-time LSU commitment is a Rivals.com Top 200 recruit and ranked as one of the Top 20 junior cornerbacks in the country.

Bell (5’11”, 170-pounds) currently holds 30+ offers, including from programs such as Arkansas, Auburn, Colorado, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Louisville, Miami, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Pitt, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginian Tech.

Nittany Sports Now caught up with Bell prior to his visit and asked him about the weekend and what he’s hoping to learn about Penn State over the next couple days.

“I’m looking forward to building a better relationship with the coaching staff and learn some tools Penn State teaches their DBs for me to take back and charge it to my game,” said Bell. “My current relationship with Penn State builds everyday talking with Coach Franklin, Coach Terry Smith and Coach Dropp. I love how they check up on me to see how the family’s doing and how I’m doing personally outside of football.”

At this point, Bell tells NSN that his top schools right now are Indiana, Miami, Texas A&M, Tulane, Boston College and West Virginia.

“I have to see the need and want from the coaches at Penn State to see if I’ll make an official visit,” said Bell.
