The Maryland Terrapins are in turmoil following the school’s ill-conceived decision to bring disgraced head coach DJ Durkin back, only to rectify that decision a day later.

During Saturday’s game against Michigan State, things boiled over as Mbi Tanyi was ejected for throwing a punch at a Spartans player.

The television broadcast did not replay the act, which caused some consternation on social media. But things are not going well for the Terps right now. Hardly anyone showed up to watch the game, and they are down 10-3 at the beginning of the second half.
