The second mandated pregame injury report in Penn State history is out.

There aren’t a lot of changes from last week’s injury report.

Reserve receiver Malick Meiga, who caught a pass last week, is out, and fellow receiver Omari Evans has been upgraded from out against West Virginia to questionable against Delaware.
