SEC releases full Week 1 football schedule

SEC football fans didn't have to wait until Monday evening to view the full Week 1 campaign for a season held amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The conference has unveiled the slate of games that are scheduled to take place on Sept. 26:

Missouri will host Alabama. Georgia faces Arkansas. Kentucky will be at Auburn. Florida travels to play Ole Miss. Mississippi State plays at LSU. Tennessee is at South Carolina. Vanderbilt will take on Texas A&M.

The full 10-game conference-only schedule will be released at 7 pm ET on the SEC Network:

The SEC, ACC, and Big 12 continue to push forward with plans for fall football despite concerns related to the pandemic. Last week, the Big Ten and Pac-12 both postponed football and other fall sports because of the uncontrolled virus outbreak.
