Sunday will become even spicier when Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) go up against the might of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in Match No. 11 of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 on April 5 at the iconic setting of the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Royal Challengers Bengaluru got their campaign up and running with a sweet victory against Sunrisers Hyderabad, and the upcoming fixture against the arch-rivals will be their second consecutive game at home. Chennai Super Kings, on the other hand, have faced disappointing losses in both games they have played so far. They tasted their first defeat of the season against the Rajasthan Royals, followed by yet another disappointment against the Punjab Kings in a game at Chepauk. Both the losses came when they were defending the target, and hence, they will have to tighten their screws within the bowling unit. RCB vs CSK: Match Details M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru: Pitch Report The M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru is known to be a batting-friendly surface. However, spinners have had their say at the venue. High-scoring thrillers have been common to the historic ground ever since the first IPL match was played here on April 18, 2008. In the most recent encounter played here, the chasing team reigned supreme, and the same is likely to happen on Sunday as well. RCB vs CSK: Head-to-Head T20 Record RCB vs CSK: Predicted Playing XIs Royal Challengers Bengaluru Devdutt Padikkal, Virat Kohli, Phil Salt, Rajat Patidar (C), Jitesh Sharma (WK), Tim David, Romario Shepherd, Krunal Pandya, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mangesh Yadav, Jacob Duffy Impact Player: Suyash Sharma Chennai Super Kings Ruturaj Gaikwad (C), Sanju Samson (WK), Ayush Mhatre, Kartik Sharma, Sarfaraz Khan, Shivam Dube, Prashant Veer, Jamie Overton, Khaleel Ahmed, Noor Ahmad, Matt Henry Impact Player: Rahul Chahar RCB vs CSK: Probable Best Performers of the Match Probable Best Batter: Virat Kohli Virat Kohli showed the world his class in the tournament opener against SRH, where his unbeaten half-century got the Bengaluru-based side over the line at home. Thus far, he is the only batter in IPL 2026 to have remained unbeaten after breaching past the fifty-run mark. Against a formidable opposition like CSK, Virat will be eager to keep his rhythm running the same way. Probable Best Bowler: Noor Ahmad Someone like Noor Ahmad may get intimidated looking at the smaller boundary dimensions and blazing fast outfield at Chinnaswamy. However, Noor isn't someone who is shy of giving the ball extra flight and foxing the batters into going for the big shots. His variation often catches batters into playing a rash stroke, which eventually hands CSK significant breakthroughs. Today's Match Prediction:
Dawn Staley and the South Carolina Gamecocks finally had their revenge on Geno Auriemma. South Carolina ended UConn's undefeated run on Friday night with a defensive masterpiece to punch their ticket to the national championship game. However, attention shifted from the court to the sidelines as coaches Auriemma and Staley engaged in a tense postgame exchange. The legendary UConn coach claimed that his colleague didn't shake his hand pre-game, to which Staley had a simple response. Dawn Staley just wanted to congratulate her players "I guess he thought I didn't shake his hand at the beginning of the game," Staley told ESPN's Molly Rowe. "I didn't know. I went down there pregame, shook everybody on his staff's hand." Whatever the case, Staley just wanted to give her players her flowers for their outstanding performance in the biggest game of the season. "I'm super proud of our kids and I'm not going to let any of this take anything away from the performance on the floor," Staley said. The Gamecocks defense held UConn stars Sarah Strong and Azzi Fudd to 20 total points on 7-of-31 shooting. They outscored the Huskies 18-9 in the fourth quarter to finally get back at them from last year's blowout loss in the national championship game. Staley will now pursue her fourth national championship since taking over the program, facing a UCLA Bruins team that put on a defensive clinic of its own in a 51-44 win over Texas. As for Auriemma, this definitely wasn't a great look for one of the most successful characters in college hoops history.
This Green Bay Packers 2026 mock draft considered trades, which reshaped the team’s entire outlook. Thanks to Pro Football Network for the draft simulation tool and prospect stats. Round Two: Pick 52 – Trade The team has more needs than picks in this Packers 2026 mock draft, and the Buffalo Bills came in hot for this one. After a back-and-forth, the Bills gave up picks 91, 165, and 168 in this year’s draft, and a 2027 second-round pick, ultimately for EDGE R. Mason Thomas, out of Oklahoma. Round Three: Pick 84 – CB Keionte Scott, Miami (FL) Green Bay’s defense, while respectable, was a middle-of-the-pack unit last season. Cornerback Keionte Scott is projected to go in the second round and fits one of the team’s greatest needs. Above average in most traits, he’s the fourth-ranked draft prospect at the position. His quickness and processing skills put him in line to make an immediate impact. Round Three: Pick 91 – Trade At this point in the Packers 2026 mock draft, there’s nothing to worry about missing, but don’t tell that to the Cincinnati Bengals, who reached out about this pick. The resulting exchange sent the 91st pick for a 2027 third and fourth-round pick. The Bengals drafted safety Bud Clark out of TSU with the pick. Round Four: Pick 120 – OT Tristan Leigh, Clemson Green Bay needs a tackle, and OT Tristan Leigh is built for the job. At 6’5″, 320 pounds, and a starter for the Clemson Tigers, Leigh is a physical, dominant force, but lacks flexibility and mobility. His size makes him a valuable pickup for the Packers at this point in the draft. Round Five: Pick 160 – EDGE Vincent Anthony Jr, Duke While most of the options left at this position seem to be one-dimensional specialists, EDGE Vincent Anthony Jr. is a more well-rounded option, with notable size and explosiveness. If Green Bay can refine his subpar execution and technique, this has late-draft potential. Round Five: Pick 165 – WR Kevin Coleman Jr, Missouri While the Packers wait to see if wide receiver Matthew Golden was worth the first-round capital last year, WR Kevin Coleman Jr. is certainly worth a late-draft stab. Perhaps a little undersized for the position at 5’11”, 180 pounds, he makes up for it with his quick twitch and elite route running. Round Five: Pick 168 – Trade The Baltimore Ravens came knocking for this pick, and after turning three draft selections into six already, it was time to bundle and get some value. Trading picks 168, 201, and 255 in this Green Bay mock draft, the Ravens sent a 2027 fourth-round pick in return. OC Jake Slaughter out of Florida was drafted at this spot. Round Seven: Pick 236 – Trade This time, it was the Denver Broncos looking to move up in this Packers 2026 mock draft. The result gave Green Bay something they didn’t have next year: a first-round pick. They sent this pick along with a 2027 second, third, and three fourth‑round draft picks, setting them up nicely for next year. Click here for a 2026 Pittsburgh Steelers 7-round mock draft. End Of My Green Bay Packers 2026 Mock Draft Rant This was a busy Packers 2026 mock draft. In summary, they obtained Scott, Davis, Anthony, and Coleman, along with a 2027 first, second, and third-round pick. They traded picks 52, 91, 168, 201, 236, combined with a second, third, and three fourth‑round draft picks.
In a somewhat surprising turn of events, the Seattle Seahawks let Kenneth Walker III leave in free agency. The reigning Super Bowl MVP got a four-year, $43M deal with the Kansas City Chiefs. The Seahawks had the sixth-most available cap space entering the offseason, yet they still allowed him to leave. So far, they've only signed Emanuel Wilson, and they've hinted at drafting Walker's replacement. Nevertheless, with just four draft picks and a weak running back class, they might be better off signing a placeholder and waiting until next offseason to find a long-term solution. If that's the case, then Raheem Mostert should be their guy. Raheem Mostert makes perfect sense for the Seahawks The Seahawks already have multiple bruising, blocking and pass-catching running backs. They even have Zach Charbonnet, who'll be back at some point in the season after suffering a season-ending injury. That's why Mostert, one of the fastest running backs in the game, even at this point in his career, should be a no-brainer addition for Mike Macdonald's team. He took a backseat to De'Von Achane and Ashton Jeanty in the past couple of seasons, but he ran for 1,012 and a league-leading 18 touchdowns in 2023. Signing Mostert won't affect their compensatory pick formula, and it shouldn't cost them much. Spotrac projects his next contract to be for one year and just $1.3M, giving them a cheap bridge running back to prepare for 2027. The Chiefs don't have anyone with the same running back profile and style as Walker, and even if Mostert can't log 200+ carries anymore as he did two years ago, he's the closest they can get to a player like Walker in the current market.
