Jonathan Hatton Jr. reported an offer from Alabama football on Monday.

Hatton is a 2026 four-star running back prospect out of Steele High School in Cibolo, Texas. He is currently verbally committed to the Oklahoma Sooners. Hatton’s Alabama offer comes from the Crimson Tide’s outside linebackers coach Christian Robinson.

“It’s a blessing to have my talent recognized by another historic program like Alabama,” Hatton told Touchdown Alabama. “They definitely put out a lot of NFL players year after year. It is definitely a place to consider if you want to go to the next level.”

The 6-foot-1, 210-pounder finished his sophomore season with 1,232 yards and 21 touchdowns.

“My vision, speed, agility and physicality,” Hatton answered when asked about the strengths of his game. “I honestly feel like I can do everything at a high level and this year I think I’ll get to show more of it.”
