Via BasketNews on November 27: "Former No. 3 NBA Draft pick Jahlil Okafor is moving to China, announced his now former team Casademont Zaragoza"
Okafor was the third pick in the 2015 NBA Draft (by the Philadelphia 76ers) out of Duke.
During his one season with the Blue Devils, he averaged 17.3 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.4 blocks per contest and led them to the National Championship.
Over six seasons in the NBA, Okafor played for the Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers, Detroit Pistons and New Orleans Pelicans.
His career averages are 10.4 points and 4.7 rebounds per contest while shooting 54.2% from the field and 22.2% from the three-point range in 247 regular season games.
He is only 27 years old, so it's possible that Okafor could return to the NBA at some point.
