The 59th Academy of Country Music Awards, held at The Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, was a night to remember, with country music legend Reba McEntire hosting. Her seasoned charm and engaging wit set the perfect tone for an unforgettable celebration of country music.

The highlight of the evening came when Reba and her "Superbowl buddy," Post Malone, delivered a stirring tribute to Dickey Betts of the Allman Brothers. Their duet captivated the audience, blending their distinctive styles.

This special performance was such a standout moment that Reba shared a video of it on her social media, engaging fans with the question, "Did y'all catch our duet?"

Aside from this memorable duet, the awards ceremony saw Lainey Wilson making history by becoming the first woman since Taylor Swift in 2011 to win Entertainer of the Year at both the CMA and ACM Awards consecutively. Wilson also claimed Female Artist of the Year and Event of the Year for her collaboration with Jelly Roll on "Save Me."

Chris Stapleton also had a big night, sweeping three awards: Album of the Year for "Higher," Male Entertainer of the Year, and Artist-Songwriter of the Year. Stapleton took to the stage and had a powerful performance that the audience seemed to love.

New talents were also spotlighted, with Megan Moroney winning New Female Artist of the Year and Nate Smith taking home New Male Artist of the Year. Dan + Shay and Old Dominion won Duo of the Year and Group of the Year, respectively.

Reba McEntire’s role as host, proved that for the 17th time, Reba enhances everyone's overall experience who attends the show or watches on their television set. The producers of the show set out to show the vast landscape of Country Music today and had great success doing so.
