'TNF' bets: Catch this +593 SGP for Bills-Bucs

What a time it is to be a sports fan. The World Series is about to begin, the NBA and NHL are back in action and college football and the NFL are already underway. There's nothing quite like October if you're a sports bettor.

For this Thursday night, let's hone in on the "Thursday Night Football" matchup between the Buffalo Bills and Tampa Bay Buccaneers and craft a juicy Same Game Parlay for some weekend spending cash.

Bet this Same Game Parlay for Bills-Bucs

Leg 1: Bills alternate line -2.5

The Buccaneers have stepped up in class twice this season against the Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Lions, and they lost both games by a combined 28 points. They can't compete with a Bills team desperate for a win after three sub-par performances.

Leg 2: Mike Evans 50+ receiving yards

If Tampa Bay is going to be trailing for most of the game, that opens the door for a whole bunch of Evans targets. Evans has gone over 50 receiving yards in four of six games this season, and the Bills have struggled to contain wide receivers without Tre'Davious White.

Leg 3: Dalton Kincaid over 3.5 receptions

The Kincaid breakout game has finally arrived. Dawson Knox will be inactive for Thursday night's matchup, and Kincaid caught all eight of his targets last week when Knox left the game with a wrist injury.

Leg 4: Stefon Diggs anytime touchdown scorer

This is an obvious one. Diggs has torched opposing secondaries for six touchdowns through seven games. Justin Jefferson, A.J. Brown and Amon-Ra St. Brown all had monster games against this Bucs defense, and Diggs should follow suit.

Throw it all together, and we get a +593 SGP on FanDuel for the people.

In the news ...

Victor Wembanyama finishes strong in modest NBA debut — All eyes were on Wembanyama for his NBA debut against the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday night, and he showed flashes of why he was regarded as the greatest NBA prospect since LeBron James. The Rookie of the Year favorite (-150) finished with 15 points, five rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block.

Texas Rangers, Arizona Diamondbacks begin World Series on Friday — Just as we all expected, the 2023 World Series will come down to the Rangers and the Diamondbacks. Texas ran through the AL playoffs from a wild-card spot, and Arizona made a Cinderella run through the NL after winning just 84 games in the regular season and finishing with a -15 run differential. The Rangers are -174 favorites to win the World Series, while the Diamondbacks are +154 underdogs.

Brock Purdy enters concussion protocol; status uncertain for Week 8 The San Francisco 49ers had a surprise addition to the injury report this week, as Purdy entered concussion protocol on Wednesday and is now questionable to play against the Cincinnati Bengals this Sunday. If Purdy can't clear the protocol in time, journeyman Sam Darnold will take his place as San Francisco's starting QB. Following the news, the 49ers dropped from 5.5-point home favorites to -3.5.
