Watch: Detroit Pistons guard Killian Hayes is grinding in latest "No Days Off" episode

There are interesting people, and then there's Killian Hayes.

In the latest episode of Whistle's "No Days Off" presented by Paco Rabanne, Hayes gives us a must-see tour of the Pistons practice facility while telling us the story of how he made it to the NBA.

Hayes spent the first 18 years of his life going back and forth from France to Florida so his dad could play pro basketball overseas. Hayes started playing basketball when he was five. He went pro at 15 after signing with Cholet Basketball in France. He spent a year with a pro team in Germany before being drafted by the Detroit Pistons with the seventh overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft. Hayes entered the league as a 19-year-old rookie.

Hayes is in his third season with the Detroit Pistons and wants to win for the home crowd. The season is just getting started, but Hayes is already spending countless hours in the Pistons practice facility to perfect his game.
