15 ways to incorporate more spinach into your diet

Spinach is a superfood for numerous reasons. It contains a lot of calcium, iron, and vitamins and is extremely low in fat, sodium, and sugar. Thanks to its makeup, eating spinach is associated with stronger bones, better eyesight, and improved energy. However, no one wants to eat a spinach salad every day for lunch, which is why we’ve compiled 15 creative ways to add the leafy green to your menu!

Most of us eat some sort of pasta with a sauce at least once a week. And since spinach cooks down so quickly, you can easily add some to your favorite sauce, whether pesto, vodka, or bolognese. Alternatively, mix spinach with recently drained pasta, olive oil, capers, and tomatoes for a quick and tasty meal.
