Amador played for Single-A Fresno and in 115 games he slashed .292/.415/.445 with a .860 OPS; he had 24 doubles, 15 home runs, 57 RBI, 100 runs scored, 26 stolen bases, and 87 walks.

Amador cracked the top 100 prospect list for the first time coming in at 81 on Baseball America and 68 on MLB.com. He played for the Rockies rookie league team, High-A Spokane, and Double-A Hartford. In 69 games he slashed .287/.382/.495 with a .875 OPS; he had 15 doubles, three triples, 12 home runs, 46 RBI, 55 runs scored, 15 stolen bases, and 39 walks. This winter he played in the Puerto Rican Winter League for RA12 and in 21 games he slashed .243/.372/.300 with a .672 OPS; he had two doubles, one triple, two RBI, 11 runs scored, seven stolen bases, and 15 walks.

ITD ranks Amador as the 32nd overall prospect and the Rockies top-ranked prospect. He will likely start in 2024 at Double-A.
